WELCOME TO HKCA CUBS JUNIOR CRICKET
HKCA CUBS JUNIOR CRICKET REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN!!
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED BELOW AND REMEMBER TO SHARE.
Get ready for another exciting season of Cubs Cricket as registrations are now open. The registration process will be similar to last season with everyone required to register via Cric HQ.
We have the four formats available again, First Smash, T16 Blast, T20 Smash and T24 Super Smash. Details of each grade can be found on our HKCA Website.
First Smash will be run and delivered by the HK Team with all the other grades T16 Blast, T20 Smash and T24 Super Smash being administered by our Five Local Cricket Clubs. Kapiti Old Boys Cricket Club, Paraparaumu Cricket Club, Ōtaki Sports Club, Weraroa Cricket and Levin Old Boys Cricket Club.
The HK Kapiti Junior Club has ended and this season all players who represented them last year will be transitioned to another club. Whilst remaining with their current team from last year.
The HK Kapiti Junior Committee would like to thank everyone for all the support over the years and feel the time is right to transition the HK KJ Teams over to join the senior clubs. It is nice to note that the majority of current KJ Committee will be linking in with the senior clubs and supporting this transition.
REGISTRATION PROCESS – The registration process is relatively simple and allows for multiple children to be entered at the same time. Thanks to the families who provided feedback on this last season.
First Smash Grade Only – During the registration process you will be able to pay by credit card/bank deposit (use reference provided) or with cash at the first session.
T16 Blast/T20 Smash/T24 Super Smash – No payments are required during the registration process. Once your CUB has been allocated a Club they will make contact to arrange payment directly.

HKCA are proud to announce that back for its second season is CUBS CRICKET. Cubs Cricket was designed to promote better playing conditions for all HKCA junior players. Shorter pitches, shorter boundaries and suitable playing conditions for each grade are a common theme throughout CUBS CRICKET. CUBS CRICKET aligns all its junior playing conditions with New Zealand Cricket's AGE & STAGE playing formats which are set to be mandatory throughout the country.
To register to Cubs Cricket please click here or scroll down for more information on the grade.
ALL COACHES must be registered and police vetted for the 2018/19 season. For more information on this, or to register now, please click here.
